Customer Agreement I the customer ("customer" is anyone engaging in business with ManageWare) agrees that ManageWare has the right to modify and or alter any business advertisement which means any logos/images and content received by them through said customer. Modifications are solely for the purposes of fitting customers logos/images into a format style as it relates to the particular section of Vacaville Net Directory. Unless other stated verbally or written all logos/images given to ManageWare shall become the property of ManageWare for use in their advertising and or promotions for Vacaville Net Directory. ManageWare has the right to place customer in an appropriate business category (s) and placement shall be on a first come, first serve basis unless specified in writing. and appropriate consideration occurs. All logos/images and contents shall be in good taste and if we deem it offensive we have the right to alter said advertisements as we see fit. ManageWare shall remain harmless if errors in typing and or logos/images occurs and are corrected within a reasonable time
ManageWare reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. |
